We'd rather you actually read this than click past it, so it's written the way we'd explain it to your face: what you're buying, what we do and don't promise, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Who you're agreeing with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 3373 Assistant's creator and distributor ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using the 3373 Assistant plugin or its user guide (together, the "Product"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't purchase or use the Product.
2. What you're buying
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use one copy of the 3373 Assistant plugin file and the PDF user guide, for the purpose of completing an SSA-3373 Function Report for yourself or for someone you're personally helping (a family member, friend, or client). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the Product or its contents. We retain all other rights.
3. Not legal, medical, or benefits advice
We are not a law firm, disability advocate, or representative, and nothing in the Product is legal, medical, or disability-benefits advice. We don't review your claim, we don't represent you before the Social Security Administration, and we don't guarantee any outcome: approval, denial, or otherwise.
The Product is a drafting aid. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying everything it helps you write against the SSA's own instructions before you sign and submit your form. If your situation is complicated, or you want advice on your specific case, talk to a qualified attorney or accredited disability representative.
4. AI-generated content can be wrong
The plugin runs inside your own Claude (Anthropic) account or session and uses AI to suggest wording based on what you tell it. We don't see, receive, or store your answers or your form content; that stays between you and Claude. AI-generated suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, or miss context only you know. Read every field it produces and correct anything that doesn't match your situation before you submit it to the SSA.
5. Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If the Product isn't right for you, email hello@3373assistant.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, purchases are final.
6. Delivery and access
There are no accounts or logins. After payment, you'll land on a download page and receive an email with the same link. That link keeps working afterward, so you can come back and re-download the plugin file and guide whenever you need them. Keep the email or bookmark the page; if you lose both, email us and we'll help you get back in.
7. Acceptable use
- Use the Product for its intended purpose: completing a real SSA-3373 Function Report.
- Don't resell, redistribute, or share your copy outside the personal use described above.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or repackage the plugin.
- Don't use the Product to generate content for anyone else's commercial purposes.
8. No warranty
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs or result in a successful claim.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including any impact on the outcome of your disability claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
10. Not affiliated
3373 Assistant is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Social Security Administration or any other government agency. "SSA" and "SSA-3373" refer to the actual government agency and form and are used here only to describe what the Product helps with. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic PBC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, and your use of Claude itself is governed by Anthropic's own terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Product or the law changes. If we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Product after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
